A new website for a Carhaix workshop
Reparphone29 repairs smartphones, tablets and computers in Carhaix-Plouguer. The shop also offers unlocking, data recovery, device sales and buybacks, alongside accessories.
Benicode rebuilt the entire Reparphone29 website. Following ART ELEC and A la coiffe, this local collaboration brings together a shop’s public presence and practical journeys before, during and after a repair.
Bringing the store into the opening view
The rebuild carries the store’s dark tones and orange accents onto the website. A photograph of the retail space opens the homepage, with a gallery offering further views of the premises. Product ranges use visuals explicitly labelled as illustrations.

Services lead to dedicated pages. An interactive sequence explains the stages of a screen replacement, from diagnosis to testing, helping visitors understand the journey before describing their own fault.
Three reasons to get in touch
We gave three needs a central place: requesting a quote, preparing a shop visit and reporting a problem after a repair.
The quote journey separates contact details, device information and the request. Customers can choose a preferred contact method, with a reminder that the workshop assesses the fault before providing a quote. Visit preparation lets customers send information before reaching the counter; after-sales enquiries have a separate entry point.

Keeping the connection with the workshop
The navigation includes “Mon suivi”, the repair tracking entry point. Customers can enter the code supplied by the workshop. The page also brings together SMS, WhatsApp and phone links, alongside information for returning to the store.

This creates a continuous journey: prepare an enquiry, return to the tracking entry point and contact the workshop from the same website.
Helping with everyday device needs
The refurbished-device pages introduce product families and direct visitors to the store for current models and availability. The workshop journal adds practical advice.
We also included tools available without an account: a profile-photo cropper and a touchscreen interaction explorer. The latter helps users observe the interactions received and explain a problem to the workshop.
A local presence with practical services
The rebuilt website brings together the store’s identity, repair services, product ranges and customer enquiry journeys. Call, message and directions links help visitors continue the conversation with the Carhaix team.
