Improving a key purchase decision
The La Berge engagement focused on the product-page experience. At this stage, visitors need to understand the offer and select the combination that suits them. The work aimed to clarify that step through changes to the main product section.
A product section built around the options
A new main section was developed to present colours and multiple product options. It brings those decisions into the area where customers choose what to buy. A tailored section makes it possible to address the offer’s specific needs rather than rely on a generic presentation.
Continuing the work in the cart
The scope also included cart updates. Product selection and cart review are connected stages: one organises the choices, while the other lets customers review them before continuing. The implementation addressed both parts of that journey.
Working on store performance
Performance improvements complemented the interface changes. The engagement combined targeted component work with attention to the store’s overall operation, supporting the same objective of making the shopping experience easier to use.
